This is getting out of hand. We've lost a lot of talented individuals this year and Baatin is no exception. He's had his ups and downs in his career, but was on the upswing before his death. The new Slum Village album is due out Sept. 22nd this year. Details are sketchy at present as to what happened, so instead of dwelling on those, lets celebrate his contribution to Hip Hop. Here is a video to help U remember. This is him (he's the one who gets offered the "con-tract" in the video) and the group he was famous for with Dwele in "Tainted". RIP Baatin.
